CellQual coordinates multi-category aircraft parts sourcing for civil and military operators, maintenance organizations, and aviation program managers — providing a single point of coordination for complex, multi-line requisitions. CellQual acts as a single point of coordination for complex, multi-line requisitions — reducing the administrative burden and supply-chain risk that comes with managing multiple specialist suppliers simultaneously.
Aviation maintenance programs frequently require sourcing across multiple part categories simultaneously. A scheduled maintenance check may involve airframe structure, mechanical systems, avionics, electrical components, and consumables. Coordinating these requirements across multiple specialist suppliers adds administrative burden and supply-chain risk.
CellQual provides a coordinated multi-category parts sourcing service, acting as a single point of engagement for requirements that span multiple categories. We coordinate sourcing across our specialist aviation partner network, consolidate responses, and provide a unified commercial proposal that simplifies the procurement process for the customer.
Our parts sourcing coordination covers fixed-wing and rotary-wing civil aircraft, military platforms, and specialist aviation equipment. All sourcing is conducted with attention to documentation, traceability, and the airworthiness requirements applicable to each part category.

Yes. CellQual is specifically set up to handle multi-line requisitions requiring sourcing across multiple part categories. We coordinate the sourcing through our partner network and deliver a consolidated response. This simplifies the procurement process and reduces the coordination overhead for the customer.
AOG requirements are treated as highest priority. CellQual will engage the partner network immediately on receipt of an AOG request and provide the fastest available response. AOG sourcing may involve premium pricing and express logistics to meet the urgency requirement.
A Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) part is a replacement or modification part for a type-certificated aircraft, manufactured by a company other than the original OEM but approved by the relevant airworthiness authority. PMA parts can be an acceptable and cost-effective alternative to OEM parts in many applications, but their acceptability depends on the maintenance organization's procedures, the aircraft's maintenance manual, and any operator restrictions. CellQual's partner network includes PMA part sources, and acceptability is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Many aircraft components have multiple acceptable part numbers, including OEM superseded parts, cross-referenced part numbers from different manufacturers, and PMA alternatives. CellQual includes interchangeable part analysis in the sourcing process, broadening the search to all acceptable alternatives and presenting the options to the customer for selection based on their maintenance manual requirements and operator approvals.
Yes. CellQual's partner network includes specialists in surplus aviation markets, parts manufacturing approval (PMA) holders, and dealers who focus specifically on older or out-of-production aircraft types. The availability of specific parts for such types is less predictable than for active production types, but coordinated sourcing across multiple specialist partners extends the probability of locating what is needed.
Structural repair requires the involvement of a licensed maintenance engineer and an approved repair scheme. Component replacement — removing an unserviceable component and installing a serviceable one — may be performed by licensed aircraft engineers following the aircraft maintenance manual without a separate approved repair scheme, provided the replacement component meets all applicability requirements. CellQual coordinates component supply; repairs are carried out by appropriately approved maintenance organizations.
