Airframe components and structural parts
Sourcing coordination for structural components, panels, doors, fairings, control surfaces, and undercarriage components.
CellQual coordinates the sourcing of civil aircraft spare parts across airframe, engine, mechanical, electrical, instrument, and avionics categories — helping operators and MRO organizations maintain aircraft availability through responsive, documentation-compliant supply chain support. We engage our specialist aviation partner network on your behalf — coordinating supply, verifying documentation, managing compliance requirements, and keeping you informed throughout the sourcing process.
Civil aviation operators, maintenance organizations, and charter companies face persistent supply chain challenges. Parts for older aircraft types may no longer be produced by the original manufacturer. Lead times for in-production parts may be longer than the maintenance schedule allows. Hard-to-find components may require sourcing from specialist markets where traceability and documentation must be verified.
CellQual helps civil aviation clients navigate these challenges by coordinating access to parts through a network of specialist aviation supply partners. Our focus is on responsive engagement, clear documentation requirements, and attention to the airworthiness documentation, part traceability, and certification requirements that govern civil aviation supply.
We support requirements across civil fixed-wing aircraft types, including commercial airliners, regional turboprops, and business jets, as well as helicopters used in civil operations. Our sourcing coordination covers the full range of component categories from structural and mechanical parts through avionics, instruments, and electrical systems.

Civil aircraft parts sourced through CellQual's partner network are supplied with applicable airworthiness documentation, typically including an EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, or equivalent authorized release certificate, as well as traceability documentation confirming the part's history and current condition. The specific documentation requirements depend on the part category, the aircraft type, and the maintenance organization's regulatory framework.
CellQual's partner network includes specialists in older aircraft types, surplus aviation markets, and parts manufacturing approval holders for components where original manufacture has ceased. We cannot guarantee availability for all part numbers, but our coordination approach allows us to access markets beyond standard distributor channels.
Lead times vary considerably depending on the part, the aircraft type, and current market availability. Common parts from active supply chains may be sourced in days. Hard-to-find parts requiring specialist sourcing may take significantly longer. CellQual provides lead time estimates as part of the sourcing response, and communicates clearly where availability is uncertain.
CellQual is a sourcing coordinator, not a direct inventory holder. We coordinate access to inventory held by our specialist aviation partners. This means we can access a wider range of parts than any single stock holding would allow, but availability is subject to the current inventory position of our partners.
When submitting a parts request, the following information helps CellQual coordinate the most relevant supply response: aircraft type and variant, ATA chapter or system, part number (manufacturer's or interchangeable alternatives), required quantity, required condition (new, overhauled, or serviceable), required certification documentation (EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, TCCA), and urgency (routine, AOG, or scheduled maintenance). More information enables a faster and more targeted response.
CellQual works only with partners who implement documented quality and traceability processes appropriate to the aviation supply chain. All parts should be accompanied by traceable airworthiness documentation. The risk of counterfeit or unapproved parts is a real concern in the civil aviation aftermarket, and CellQual's partner selection process specifically addresses quality management credentials as a selection criterion.
An AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requirement is an urgent parts request where an aircraft is unable to operate due to an unserviceable component. AOG situations directly affect the operator's ability to maintain flight schedules and have significant commercial and operational consequences. CellQual prioritizes AOG requests for immediate response and engages the partner network on an urgent basis when AOG status is indicated.
