Scheduled maintenance parts coordination
Advance sourcing of parts required for planned maintenance checks, reducing the risk of schedule delays due to parts unavailability.
CellQual provides supply chain coordination and sourcing support to assist maintenance, repair and overhaul organizations and aviation operators in sustaining aircraft operational availability and maintenance program continuity. CellQual handles both planned maintenance supply — helping you source parts ahead of scheduled checks — and urgent AOG requirements, where rapid response is critical to restoring aircraft availability.
Maintaining aircraft operational availability is a constant challenge for operators and MRO organizations. Scheduled maintenance intervals, unscheduled defect repairs, and component life limits create a continuous demand for parts, consumables, and technical supply chain support. Supply chain failures directly translate into aircraft-on-ground delays, missed maintenance schedules, and disrupted operations.
CellQual supports MRO organizations and operators by providing responsive parts sourcing coordination that helps sustain maintenance program continuity. We support scheduled maintenance by helping source parts ahead of planned checks, and unscheduled requirements by providing rapid response sourcing coordination when AOG or urgent defects arise.
Our MRO support coordination is not a maintenance service. CellQual does not perform maintenance, hold aircraft certifications, or employ licenced aircraft engineers. We provide supply chain coordination services to support organizations that do.

Priority sourcing coordination for urgent defect requirements when aircraft availability is directly affected.
Coordination of component removal, shipping, and repair through specialist repair organizations, with tracking and status communication.
Regular coordination of consumable items, materials, and expendables required for ongoing maintenance operations.
Sourcing from surplus, PMA, and alternative approved sources when standard channels cannot meet lead time or availability requirements.

No. CellQual is a supply chain coordinator, not a maintenance organization. We do not perform aircraft maintenance, hold Part 145 or equivalent maintenance organization approvals, or employ licenced aircraft engineers. Our role is to coordinate the supply of parts and components to support organizations that perform maintenance.
AOG requirements receive immediate priority response. CellQual engages the relevant specialist partners as a matter of urgency and provides the fastest available sourcing response. AOG sourcing may involve premium pricing and express logistics. Customers should clearly identify AOG requirements when submitting their request to ensure they receive priority treatment.
Yes. For MRO organizations with predictable, recurring supply requirements, CellQual can discuss structured long-term coordination arrangements that provide more efficient response and better lead time management than ad hoc ordering. Contact CellQual to discuss the scope and terms of a longer-term arrangement.
Lead times for scheduled maintenance parts depend on the part category, the aircraft type, and current market availability. Common consumables and expendables may be available from stock within days. Engineering-order items, life-limited components, and hard-to-source parts may have lead times of several weeks or longer. CellQual recommends submitting scheduled maintenance requirements as early as possible to allow sourcing time and avoid last-minute shortages.
Unscheduled maintenance is maintenance performed in response to a defect or fault discovered during operation or inspection that was not planned. AOG (Aircraft on Ground) is the subset of unscheduled maintenance situations where the aircraft cannot operate until the defect is resolved. Not all unscheduled maintenance results in an AOG — some defects can be deferred under minimum equipment list (MEL) provisions while the aircraft continues to operate. CellQual applies AOG priority only when the customer confirms AOG status.
When CellQual coordinates component repair or overhaul through a specialist partner, CellQual can provide progress tracking updates and communicate the expected return-to-service timeline. The level of visibility depends on the workshop and the specific work scope. CellQual maintains communication with the repair partner throughout the work and keeps the customer informed of significant milestones or delays.
