Mission system components
Sourcing coordination for mission computers, sensor interfaces, and sub-systems for military aircraft.
CellQual coordinates sourcing, supply chain support, and technical liaison for specialist defense aerospace equipment through approved defense aviation partners — subject to applicable export-control regulations and end-user requirements. All supply is handled in strict compliance with applicable export-control regulations, and we do not process any request that would conflict with sanctions, embargoes, or applicable arms control obligations.
defense aviation programs involve a broader range of equipment than standard aircraft maintenance. Electronic warfare systems, radar, communications equipment, stores management systems, mission computers, and specialized ground support equipment are all part of the defense aviation supply chain, and all are subject to more stringent regulatory requirements than civil aviation components.
CellQual supports defense aerospace programs by coordinating access to specialist equipment and supply chain support through our network of approved defense aviation partners. Our role is as a coordination intermediary: we engage the right partners for each requirement, manage compliance considerations, and present a coordinated supply response.
All defense aerospace sourcing through CellQual is subject to export-control compliance, end-user verification, and the applicable national and international regulatory requirements. We do not handle any supply that would conflict with applicable export control regulations.

defense aerospace equipment is typically subject to national and international export control regulations, including ITAR (US), EAR (US), and equivalent national frameworks. Equipment originating from different countries carries different obligations. CellQual manages all defense aerospace sourcing in accordance with applicable regulations, including required end-user documentation, licence applications, and compliance verification.
CellQual's ability to source for programs in specific countries depends on the equipment, its origin, and the applicable export-control framework. We assess each request individually and will advise clearly where regulatory constraints affect our ability to support. We do not handle any supply that would conflict with applicable sanctions, embargoes, or export prohibitions.
No. CellQual does not engage with customers, partners, or supply chains subject to applicable international sanctions. All supply requests are assessed against current sanctions lists as part of the compliance process. CellQual will decline any request where sanctions compliance cannot be confirmed.
The end user in a defense aerospace transaction is the organization that will ultimately operate or use the equipment. Export control regulations require identification and often certification of the end user before controlled equipment can be supplied. The end user's identity, country, and intended use all affect the export license requirements. CellQual coordinates end-user identification and documentation as a mandatory part of every defense aerospace supply engagement.
Yes. CellQual can provide an initial assessment of whether a specific item is likely to be export-controlled and what documentation is likely to be needed, before a formal requirement is submitted. This allows customers to understand the compliance requirements and timelines associated with a request before committing to a procurement process. Contact CellQual with the item description, country of origin, and destination country for an initial assessment.
Contact CellQual to discuss your defense aerospace supply requirement. All requests are handled with strict attention to applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
