Airframe components
Structural parts, panels, access doors, and airframe assemblies for military fixed-wing and rotary-wing platforms.
CellQual coordinates the sourcing of components and support for military aircraft through approved defense aviation supply partners — subject to availability, export-control compliance, and end-user authorisation requirements. Every military aviation sourcing engagement is handled with explicit attention to export-control regulations, end-user certification requirements, and the applicable national and international frameworks.
Military aviation programs face unique supply chain challenges. Fleet sizes are smaller, so commercial economies of scale do not apply. Aircraft may be operated for decades beyond their original production run, with parts requiring specialist sourcing, manufacture under PMA or equivalent, or cannibalisation from other airframes. Export controls restrict the movement of many military aviation parts and technologies, adding complexity to international supply chains.
CellQual supports military aviation clients by coordinating access to components and supply chain support through a network of specialist defense aviation partners. Our approach is oriented toward compliance: export-control requirements, end-user certifications, and applicable regulatory requirements are considered as a fundamental part of every engagement.
We support requirements across multiple categories of military aircraft including fixed-wing combat and transport aircraft, maritime patrol and surveillance platforms, and military-configured rotary-wing aircraft. For each request, we engage our specialist partner network to assess availability and identify the most appropriate supply route consistent with regulatory requirements.

Military aircraft parts frequently fall within the scope of national and international export control regulations including ITAR, EAR, and applicable national arms control frameworks. CellQual handles all military parts requests with explicit attention to export-control requirements. This includes verification of end-user authorisations, compliance with applicable licences, and engagement only with supply partners who meet the required compliance standards.
CellQual's partner network covers a range of military aircraft types including both Western and other origin platforms. Sourcing feasibility depends on the specific part, the aircraft type, the country of origin, and the applicable export-control framework. We assess each request individually and will advise clearly where export-control constraints limit our ability to support.
Military parts requests typically require end-user certificates (EUC) confirming the identity of the end user, the intended use, and the country of ultimate destination. The specific documentation required depends on the part, the country of origin, and the applicable export regulations. CellQual will advise on required documentation as part of the initial engagement.
An end-user certificate (EUC) is a legally binding document in which the end user confirms their identity, the intended use of the equipment, the country of ultimate destination, and a commitment not to re-transfer the equipment without authorization. EUCs are required by export control regulations for controlled military and dual-use equipment. CellQual advises on the specific EUC requirements for each request and coordinates the documentation as part of the supply process.
CellQual's partner network covers a range of military aircraft types across different countries of origin. Feasibility depends on the specific platform, the part required, the country of destination, and the applicable export control framework. CellQual assesses each request individually and provides a clear response on what can be supported and under what conditions.
Airworthy means a part meets all the requirements for safe installation on a type-certificated aircraft — it is in the correct condition, has appropriate documentation, and has not exceeded its life limit. Serviceable means the part has been inspected and found to be free from damage, corrosion, or defect, and is suitable for use — but serviceability does not by itself confirm airworthiness without appropriate documentation and traceability.
