CellQual is looking for an RF optimisation engineer to join our network operations team.
You will plan and run drive test campaigns, analyse collected measurement data, correlate results against network configuration, and produce prioritised improvement recommendations for operator and regulator customers.
What we are looking for:
A degree in telecommunications, electronics or a related engineering discipline. Three or more years of hands-on experience with RF planning and optimisation tools. Practical experience with drive test equipment and post-processing software. Comfortable presenting technical findings to a customer directly.
